Where nutrition, health and fitness are concerned, there is a lot of conflicting advice around. However, the one thing most experts agree on is keeping active and following a balanced diet.

To maximise your results - whatever they may be - it is vital to refuel after exercise. Therefore, eating the right food after your cricket training is just as important as what you eat before!

For a trial period, WCC will be serving healthy, freshly cooked meals each Wednesday after adult cricket nets. The menu will change each week and will be priced at £4/plate. Orders need to be placed by 4pm on the Tuesday before. A minimum number of 10 servings (each week) will be required for this to go ahead.
